On this episode of Munchies, we hang out with a lunatic named Charles-Antoine Crête. Charles is the Chef de Cuisine at one of Montreal's most incredible restaurants, Toqué! (spelled with an exclamation point). Along with his head chef, Normand Laprise, who was recently named Canadian Chef of the Year by Maclean's Magazine, Charles creates some incredibly flavorful and creative dishes using Québec's bountiful resources. Beautiful food aside, Charles took us on a positively insane and lewd tour of his favorite spots in Montreal. It all ends with a very perverted omelette. Enjoy!
